{"id":1277,"date":"2021-11-16T14:36:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-16T13:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spawstal.pl\/fundusz-unijny\/wdrozenie-nowej-technologii-wytwarzania-konstrukcji-stalowych\/"},"modified":"2026-07-31T12:45:39","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T10:45:39","slug":"implementation-of-a-new-technology-for-manufacturing-steel-structures","status":"publish","type":"fundusz-unijny","link":"https:\/\/www.spawstal.pl\/en\/fundusz-unijny\/implementation-of-a-new-technology-for-manufacturing-steel-structures\/","title":{"rendered":"Implementation of a new technology for manufacturing steel structures"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<section class=\"post-text\">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <p>Spawstal Production, Trade and Services Limited Liability Company is implementing a project entitled \u201cImplementation of a new technology for manufacturing steel structures\u201d under Sub-measure 3.2.2 Credit for technological innovations of the Smart Growth Operational Programme, co-financed by European Funds.<\/p>\n<p>Project co-financing agreement: POIR.03.02.02-00-2194\/20<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the project is to implement a new technology that will ensure dimensional accuracy while minimising the level of defects during the operation of a digitally controlled processing machine using a laser beam.<\/p>\n<p>The investment involves the implementation of a proprietary, independently developed technology for manufacturing large-scale steel structures, particularly bus walls and roofs. The invention concerns a technology in which components are cut from sheet metal using a first precision processing machine, components are cut from profiles using a second precision processing machine, and a steel structure is then created by joining components from both previous stages.
