Automated BLM LT7 technology

The BLM LT7 system enables the cutting of components up to 6.5 m long, tubes with diameters of up to 152 mm and profiles weighing up to 23 kg/m. The fibre laser, with a power output of up to 3 kW, can process carbon steel and stainless steel.

Automated loading and unloading systems enable continuous processing of successive components. Intelligent software and integrated sensors ensure high accuracy, repeatability and clean cutting edges.

The technology enables the efficient production of individual components and prototypes as well as larger production runs.
