Robotic welding stations

1. Rail-mounted station with two work areas
The OTC Daihen B4L robot operates on a Güdel TMF52 linear track.
The equipment includes an OTC Daihen DP500 power source and two OTC PB1001 positioners.
The two work areas (3,300 × 1,600 mm) operate alternately. While the robot performs welds in one area, the operator prepares the workpiece in the other.

2. Station with two rotary work areas (The station is still at the concept stage, all components are located in production hall 5)
The OTC Daihen V6L robot operates with an OTC Daihen DP400 power source and two rotary positioners.
Rotary work areas measuring 2,500 × 1,600 mm. While the robot performs welds in one area, the operator prepares the workpiece in the other.

3. Rail-mounted station for large structures
The OTC Daihen V25L robot operates on a Güdel TMF72HD linear track and works with an OTC Daihen WB502L power source. The work area measuring 13,000 × 2,600 mm enables large and long structures to be welded without the need to move them.
