New paint shop! New capabilities!
Maximum dimensions of painted components:
- length: up to 5,000 mm
- width: up to 1,300 mm
- height: up to 2,000 mm
The powder coating line consists of the following modules:
1. Grinding booth (preliminary surface preparation)
- the surface is levelled and any imperfections resulting from the welding of the structure are removed.
- the surface is roughened to ensure proper paint adhesion.

2. Spray and immersion washing systems (proper surface preparation)
depending on their dimensions, the components are placed in one of two washing systems:
- the immersion washing system accommodates components with maximum dimensions of 2,500 mm x 500 mm x 1,500 mm (L x W x H)

- the remaining components are cleaned in a spray washing system with chamber dimensions of 5,000 mm x 1,300 mm x 2,000 mm (L x W x H)

During the washing process, all contaminants resulting from earlier production stages are removed from the surfaces of the components. The components are also subjected to a phosphating process, which increases the adhesion of the paint coating. Phosphating also improves corrosion resistance.
3. Bath and chamber dryers.
After washing, the components are dried.
Components from the immersion washing system are transferred to the bath dryer, which is integrated with the washing system.

Components from the spray washing system are dried in a chamber oven, which can also be used to cure components after painting.

4. Powder coating spray booth.
The paint is applied in a coating booth using a specially designed spray gun that electrically charges the powder particles, causing them to settle only on the component being painted.

5. Powder coating curing oven.
After being sprayed onto the component, the powder coating must be cured at the appropriate temperature. The components are therefore placed in an oven, where the paint is cured by heat.
The curing time and temperature depend on the type of paint and the dimensions of the painted component – the larger the component, the longer the process takes.

6. Component cooling station.
After being removed from the oven, the components are left to cool and then packaged.
